Regional-Consultants

Our experienced Regional Consultants have an average of 15+ years of industry experience and work directly with advisors to provide wealth solutions by educating them on the nuances of overlay portfolio management. We have created educational seminars designed to teach advisors about the capabilities of Overlay Portfolio Management and teach them how to represent these capabilities to clients and prospects. Our team provides case studies that serve as the foundation of our "solutions-based" approach to partnering with advisors in solving some of their HNW clients' most challenging tax needs.


Internal-Consultants

Our Internal Consultants have an average of 10+ years industry experience and specialize in providing extensive transition service support for advisors moving clients into a taxable UMA account where capital gain recognition is a major concern for both client and advisor. Our staff works directly with advisors to understand the challenges associated with this sensitive process, and when necessary provides assistance with client discussions about the transition process.


Solutions-Focused Partnership

Partnering with our sponsor firms, we work with new advisors transitioning from other broker-dealers, particularly where the movement of HNW clients' taxable accounts requires customized assistance. Frequently, we are invited to participate in the recruiting process to help educate prospective advisors about our overlay portfolio management process and our unique active tax management capabilities.

Placemark will also work with advisors who require marketing assistance in positioning their UMA to professional groups like CPAs, and tax attorneys. We have conducted several hundred seminars for these groups, educating them on Placemark's tax management and concentrated stock capabilities. We have conducted client meetings for clients with net worths ranging from $1M-$150M.
